Free delivery on most orders within mainland UK (excluding remote areas).

Typical lead time: 3–10 working days depending on stock and location.

Some premium or made-to-order items may take longer — this will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm.

Saturday delivery may be available for selected postcodes (at additional cost).

You’ll receive a dispatch email and tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Room-of-Choice & Assembly Options
We offer two service levels:

Standard Delivery – to your front door (free).

Room-of-Choice Delivery & Optional Assembly – our team delivers and can assemble your bed for a small fee.
Ask our sales team at checkout for current assembly rates.
Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If no one is available to receive your order at the agreed time, a redelivery charge of £49 may apply.
Delivery Restrictions & Surcharges
Remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) may incur a small surcharge or longer lead times. Please contact our team for a personalised quote before ordering.
Access & Measurements
It is your responsibility to ensure the items fit through doorways, stairwells and hallways.

Damaged Items on Delivery
We take care to deliver every order in perfect condition.
Please inspect your delivery and report any visible damage to our team within 48 hours of receipt so we can arrange replacements quickly.
