2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are accepted subject to availability and payment authorisation.
Prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, PayPal and Klarna.
A contract is formed once you receive our Order Confirmation email.

3. Delivery

Delivery details are outlined on our Delivery Information page.
Delays beyond our control (such as courier strikes or severe weather) will be communicated immediately.
We are not liable for indirect loss caused by late delivery.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All returns must be authorised and returned in original packaging and unused condition.

5. Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but slight variations in colour, texture or dimensions may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

6. Warranty

All beds and mattresses come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty and up to 5 years on selected brands. This covers manufacturing defects only — not wear and tear or misuse.
