14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus collection fees).
Returns Procedure

Collection by our furniture delivery team costs £49, deducted from your refund.

Or you may arrange your own return using a tracked service.

Items must be returned in original packaging and as-new condition.

Assembled or used items cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
Exchange / Replacement Policy
If parts are missing or damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement parts will be sent as soon as possible.

Photographic evidence may be required.

Exchange charges (up to £49) may apply for collection and re-delivery.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect all goods on delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours so we can arrange replacements quickly.

Next-day delivery is available on selected products and postcodes — please call or email to confirm availability before ordering.
